Conditions - When Coverage Ends

Typically Builders Risk Coverage ends at the earliest of several listed events.

The policy should indicate if coverage ends upon being occupied, in whole or in part, or put to its intended use or some designated time period after that such as 60 or 90 days. Or at some point beyond the completion date, for example 90 days.
